In celebration of its 10th anniversary in 2023, the ChunCheon Film Festival (CCFF) is returning to its roots by focusing on independent cinema. Additionally, it aims to showcase the identity of "Culture City Chuncheon" and meet a wide audience as a popular film festival. In pursuit of this goal, the festival is shifting from its previous genre concept (SF) to screen works across a broader spectrum.

A section that provides another chance to foreign films that have already been released in Korea but were deprogrammed too soon from theatres.

A program prepared in collaboration with the Chuncheon Sustainable Development Goals Association and the Gangwon State Human Rights Center.
