Gwang-deok, who lives alone in a shantytown, drinking Cham-Yi-Seul Fresh(Soju) every day, faces the danger of having to leave the town due to redevelopment. He tries to go to his daughter's house, but he gets frustrated when his grandson tells him that he is scary because he is lame. Meanwhile, Gwang-deok meets an 8-year-old boy, Min-joon, who is crying in the town. To Gwang-deok, who seems lonely and troubled, Min-joon suggests that he should be the Choushinsei Flashman.
