In the past 15 years, APM has supported 382 films (of which 153 have been completed). Previous APM projects include a number of successful films by star directors such as LEE Chang-dong’s Poetry and Oasis (Korea), BONG Joon-ho’s The Host (Korea), HONG Sangsoo’s Night and Day (Korea) as well as projects by Asian masters HOU Hsiao-Hsien’s Three Times (Taiwan), AOYAMA Shinji’s Sad Vacation (Japan), JIA Zhangke’s Platform (China), and ZHANG Lu’s Dooman River (China). Meanwhile, Edwin’s Postcards from the zoo (Indonesia) competed at the Berlin International Film Festival 2012 and Semih KAPLANOGLU’s Honey (Turkey) was awarded the Golden Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival 2010, joining the long list of APM projects by the rising film talents of Asia.

In 2012, APM projects Our Homeland (Japan) by YANG Yong-hi, Dangerous Liaisons (Korea) by HUR Jin-ho, The Thieves (Korea) by CHOI Dong-hoon, and GF*BF (Taiwan) by YANG Ya Che were invited to a number of prestigious international film festivals including Busan. In 2013, BONG Joon-ho’s Snowpiercer (Korea) will be released this summer. Early this year, Mouly SURYA’s What They Don’t Talk About When They Talk About Love (Indonesia) received the NETPAC award at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and was invited to the Sundance Film Festival, continuing the success of previous APM projects in the international film festival circuit.
