- The Seoul Barrier Free Film Festival (SeBaFF) is a film festival where everyone, regardless of whether they have disabilities or not, can watch movies together. "Barrier-free" is a worldwide campaign aimed at breaking down institutional and psychological barriers in society for a life shared by both the elderly and people with disabilities. As a part of this campaign, the SeBaff includes Korean subtitles for the hearing-impaired and audio descriptions for the visually impaired, making movies accessible to everyone, regardless of disability.The Barrier-Free Film Festival Committee introduced the term "Barrier-Free Film" for the first time in South Korea in 2011 and held its inaugural event in November of that year under the name Barrier-Free Film Forum.
