He studied Korean Literature at Sogang University and film at Columbia University in New York, but left school to begin working in the industry on the production team for JEON Kye-soo’s <Lost & Found>(2010). <Wild Flowers> is his first feature film. Following screenings around the world, he returned to
Busan International Film Festival with a sequel to the project called <Steel Flower>. In 2016, he finished his final piece, <Ash Flower>, in the Trilogy of the Flower Series. <The Hill of Wind> is his latest film and making World Premiere at Busan Int’l Film Festival.
